We are seeking a Software Development Manager to join our Engineering team. This role is available to candidates across Canada, excluding Quebec. The role involves supporting and growing team members, executing technical solutions, and coaching teams to be strong technically and as team members.

• Demonstrated success in people leadership in software development, particularly with large scale SaaS products
• Strong background in hands-on software development
• Diverse base of knowledge to help team solve complex technical problems
• Ability to describe successful projects and lessons learned from failed projects
