Java Backend Dev Team Leader

We are looking for a Backend Engineering Team Leader to help us design and develop high-volume and high-availability Fintech systems to offer exceptional experiences to our customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Fintech/banking systems
• Deep domain knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate, Kafka, RESTful APIs, and databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
• Proven experience with cloud platforms, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and performance optimization for high-concurrency systems
• Ability to lead a distributed backend engineering team in Mexico
• Native or Fluent level in Spanish and English
• Exceptional intercultural communication skills with demonstrated ability to generate confidence in Mexican, Argentine, and Chinese work environments
