Job Description
Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, boiler, and HVAC equipment across campus.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and boilers
- Assist with preventative maintenance program
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies
- Rotate on weekend and night call-back rotation list
- Adhere to policies and procedures regarding safety
- Perform generator start-up, run, maintenance and testing
- Conduct training courses and maintain up-to-date training
