Resident Care Assistant

This position is for a Resident Care Assistant, reporting to the Health and Wellness Director. The role involves performing various resident care activities, providing personal care, and supporting the overall well-being of residents in a senior community setting. Daily activities include routine daily living assistance, recreational programming, housekeeping, and meal service. The role focuses on maintaining accurate records and ensuring resident safety and dignity.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent education.
• STNA/CNA certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks.
• Ability to follow chain of command when needed
