Job Description
The Resident Care Coordinator supervises and evaluates the care of residents in a memory care and assisted living facility.
Requirements
- LPN, CNA, or HCA license
- Previous experience in assisted living
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Meets all mandatory health and training requirements
- Maintains CPR and First aid certifications
- Demonstrates basic computer skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Be able to relate positively and communicate appropriately with residents, family, community members, volunteers, and other employees
