Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations from the interior designing industry to manage all operational aspects of projects and manage them end to end with the help of internal and external stakeholders. The candidate should have 12-15+ years of experience in managing and driving end-to-end residential projects in the luxury segment.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of costing and preparing project commercials
- Willingness to travel
- ERP implementation experience (preferred)
- Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities
- Strong communication, interpersonal with negotiation skills and efficient in program/stakeholder management
- Highly enterprising nature with an ability to handle uncertainty
- Should be highly resourceful and action-based
- Open to new ideas and adaptable in a fast-paced Start-up environment
