Job Description
Looking for a MERN Full Stack Developer with at least 1 year of experience working with MERN and strong particular proficiency in the backend tech stack. They will develop creative web apps with various micro-functionalities, build complex backend dashboards, and work on multiple node.js frameworks writing challenging algorithms and building custom API endpoints for broader use.
Requirements
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
- Write clean code to develop functional web applications.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with team members to establish objectives and designmore functional, cohesive codes with server-side logic to enhance the user experience.
- Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
- Recording data and reporting it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership.
- Taking the lead on projects, as needed.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Perform UI tests to optimize performance.
- Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications
- Gather and address technical and design requirements.
- Provide training and support to internal teams.
- Work on bug fixing and improving overall application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, learn, and implement new programming languages to maximize development efficiency.
