Cloud Security Services is currently looking for a Service Desk Project Manager to support their Information Security Function Demand Management processes. This is a 6-month remote project.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years overall experience with technical project management
- Ability to organize, plan and execute the request lifecycle according to business needs
- Ability to adapt to changes in business priorities
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with strong spoken and written English
- Good collaboration skills both with technical peers and business partners (in person and virtually using MS Teams)
- Business outcomes mindset
- Solid balance of strategic thinking with detailed orientation
- Business process engineering experience
- Flexibility to accommodate working across different time zones
- PMP Certification
- Experience with demand intake functions
- Experience with technical project management in cybersecurity organizations
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, etc
