We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who combines creative storytelling, graphic design excellence, and data-driven marketing. This is a hands-on role where you'll create attention-grabbing content, manage paid campaigns, analyze results, and turn insights into growth.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in digital or growth marketing
• Strong design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite)
• Proven results running paid campaigns and building landing pages that convert
• Analytical mindset with the ability to read data, spot patterns, and act fast
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)
