Work as a Correctional Sergeant at the Indiana Women's Prison, managing the facility's safety and security, and providing supervision to incarcerated individuals and subordinate staff.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalent (HSE)
- At least six (6) months in custody experience in a correctional setting, law enforcement, or military law enforcement
- Ability to work mandatory/voluntary overtime
- Ability to supervise and obtain results from offenders and subordinate staff
