Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS/Cloud companies
- 5+ years in a Customer Success leadership role
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proven leadership skills
- Deep experience in a CSP (Cloud Service Platform, Security, and Networking) environment
- Experience managing NPS and Dollar-based Net Retention (DNR)
- Experience driving rapid growth and global expansion
