Senior Customer Solutions Engineer

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor for Enterprise customers. The role involves delivering onboarding, ensuring customer success, and advising on technical best practices. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of post-sales customer relationship management experience and a deep understanding of the internet and its protocols.

Requirements

• 8+ years of prior post-sales customer relationship management
• Deep understanding of how the internet works and the desire to expand that knowledge
• Ability to proactively identify and solve problems then build sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence
• Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Bash) and a desire to expand those skills
• Technical curiosity and passion
• Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands
• Fluent in English and Swedish
