Job Description
Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a trusted technical advisor, a Cloudflare product expert, and a customer success champion. They will work closely with the Digital Customer Success Managers and other teams to help customers understand and utilize the Cloudflare platform to its fullest extent.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is required
- 5-8 years of prior post-sales customer relationship management
- Deep understanding of how the internet works
- Ability to work North America Eastern hours required
