Senior Solutions Engineer, Saudi Arabia

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical sale of the Cloudflare solution portfolio, ensuring maximal business value, fit-for-purpose solution design and efficient adoption roadmaps for customers. The role requires a broad knowledge of Internet performance and security technology, with a focus on customer success and driving business value.

Requirements

• 3-to-10 years of experience in the IT industry (early or mid-level experience)
• Working proficiency in English and Arabic
• Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritise between competing demands
• Demonstrating empathy with customers and quickly identifying challenges and pain points they face
• Understanding of "how the internet works"
• Previous experience in a pre-sales SE or consulting role
• Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Bash) and a desire to expand those skills
• Exposure to emerging technical landscape trends in Security such as Zero Trust
