CloudSEK, a cybersecurity product company, seeks a Product Support Engineer Intern in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional support, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to customer success. This is a 6-month full-time internship.

Requirements

• Act as the first point of contact for user inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
• Accurately document user interactions and issues
• Contribute to documentation for common issues and solutions
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams
• Develop an understanding of compliance standards and cyber laws
