Job Description
The Director of Product will lead the product organization to move with conviction, speed, and evidence. They will be responsible for leading a team of Product Managers, Designers, and Product Operations to ensure high-impact problems are solved and the leanest, most impactful solutions are built for customers and the business.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product leadership roles
- Proven track record of leading product discovery and conviction
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to coach and develop product managers and designers
- Strong understanding of modern product principles and methodologies
