Job Description
CloudTalk is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the future of AI + Human communication for their core Sales & Support segments. This role involves building and executing a strategy, defining user flows, collaborating with internal teams, and understanding user needs through research. The ideal candidate will thrive in a remote or hybrid environment and contribute to a world-class AI platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B, preferably in audio, visual, or omnichannel communication
- Proven track record of measurable changes in user behavior
- Clear and well-researched product explanations
- Data-driven decision-making
- Flexibility and organization
- Focus on measurable outcomes and qualitative/quantitative research
- Comfortable with both sales and strategic discussions
