• Strong sourcing mindset with ability to reach out to passive candidates daily
• Comfortable owning senior and leadership searches
• Fluent English (C1+)
• Ability to convey hiring insights using data
• Staying on top of AI and modern recruitment trends
• Combining data-driven thinking with a strong human touch
