Job Description
The Community Assistant Manager has the responsibility for all phases of the operations of an income producing property, including personnel functions, leasing, community maintenance, monitoring market conditions, fiscal oversight, advertising, and resident relations.
Requirements
- Property management software experience a plus
- Entrata, Excel, MS Word, preferred
- 2-5 years’ experience in property management required
