Job Description
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team at Counterpart Health. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams of engineers, technical leadership, and people management skills. They will be responsible for building strong teams, guiding them to achieve high levels of technical productivity and reliability, and fostering a healthy and collaborative culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading 5+ engineers
- Hands-on experience leading development projects
- Experience working with various stakeholders outside of engineering
- Deep experience with system design and general purpose programming languages (e.g. Python, Ruby, Go, Java, Typescript)
- Track record of successfully delivering complex projects for web applications and services
