Job Description
Counterpart Health is seeking a Software Engineer in Test to design and build automated testing frameworks and tools for their Counterpart Assistant primary care tool. The role involves collaboration with development teams, influencing product architecture, and ensuring quality throughout the software development lifecycle. It's a key partner in the development process, focused on improving engineering velocity and product excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a software development role, with a focus on testing and automation
- Experience mentoring other engineers and leading technical discussions
- Strong experience testing web applications, APIs
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Go)
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining test automation frameworks from the ground up
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies
