Staff Product Manager

At Counterpart Health, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager to join the Counterpart team, focusing on accurately diagnosing and effectively treating patients. This role directly contributes to our company mission of Improving Every Life.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of product experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in health-tech, including startup and PCP-facing experience.
• Experience being part of an empowered product organization.
• Proficiency with SQL and data analysis.
• Ownership of outcomes, with a focus on driving improved patient outcomes.
• Experience building ML-backed products.
• A working knowledge of outpatient clinical documentation artifacts, and how they relate to patient diagnoses and outcomes.
