Job Description
We are seeking a Member Experience Associate to create an experience that makes our members say, "I love Club Fitness!". No two days are ever the same, but when you work for Club Fitness it's about helping every BODY no matter where they are in their fitness journey.
Requirements
- Greet members and guests promptly with a friendly, positive attitude upon arrival and departure
- Verify proper member check-in, monitor for delinquent accounts, and escalate to club leadership as needed
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the club, including equipment, locker rooms, and bathrooms, in line with operational excellence standards
