Requirements
- Greet members and guests promptly with a friendly, positive attitude
- Verify proper member check-in and monitor for delinquent accounts
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the club
- Respond promptly and professionally to member requests
- Process retail and concession sales accurately
- Assist members with tanning and recovery amenities
- Prepare and serve quality smoothies
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
- Complete timely and accurate member incident reports
- Perform other reasonable work assignments assigned by club management
