Job Description
Invited is seeking a Banquet Manager to oversee the daily operations of banquet services, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. This role involves recruiting, training, and supervising banquet service personnel, managing event planning and execution, and maintaining club standards of operation. The Banquet Manager reports to the Director of Banquets or Director of Food & Beverage.
Requirements
- Recruit, train, and supervise banquet service personnel.
- Implement and monitor training programs.
- Create and manage staff schedule.
- Communicate with Event Sales Director.
- Review reservation books.
- Oversee banquet and event operations.
