Banquet Supervisor

Invited is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to oversee banquet operations, ensuring smooth events and exceptional member experience. The role involves managing banquet setup and break down, maintaining service standards, and interacting with members and team members to deliver a seamless experience. This position reports to a banquet manager or director.

Requirements

• Recruit, develop, and performance manage banquet service personnel.
• Implement and facilitate training programs for service skills.
• Review banquet event orders (BEO) and daily logs.
• Oversee timely food and beverage service.
• Manage room breakdown and setup.
• Execute opening procedures for the banquet department.
