Job Description
Invited is a dynamic hospitality and service company seeking a Banquet Supervisor to oversee all aspects of banquet operations. This role involves managing event setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring high-quality member and guest experience. The Banquet Supervisor will work closely with the team and directly interact with members and guests to deliver a seamless event.
Requirements
- Recruit, develop, and performance manage banquet service personnel according to club procedures.
- Implement and facilitate training programs, including service training, to maintain welltrained staff.
- Review banquet event orders (BEO’s) and daily logs to understand function details.
- Oversee the timely service of food and beverages.
- Monitor events to ensure food is served on time and communicate with event host.
- Manage room breakdown and setup based on event details.
