Requirements

• Maintain beverage control.
• Deliver high standards of service.
• Accurately execute member and guest orders.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues.
• Prepare the bar area.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu.
• Ensure all liquor items are properly stocked and managed.
