Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a commissioned sales role within the hospitality or events industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• College coursework in hospitality, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
• Strong mentorship skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
