Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join our dynamic team at Bay Oaks Country Club in Houston, TX. As a key leader in the culinary team, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, supervise kitchen staff, and implement cost control measures to ensure profitability. This is a developmental role designed to prepare you for advancement to an Executive Chef position.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef
- Health and sanitation card
- Food service management certification, Serve Safe
