Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising maintenance staff
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Compliance knowledge of OSHA and other related facility maintenance standards
