Job Description
Invited is seeking a Front Desk Fitness Attendant to create exceptional first and last impressions at the club, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a seamless membership experience. This role involves welcoming members and guests, providing a positive service experience, and promoting club activities. The role requires a strong customer service focus and an understanding of fitness programs and facility amenities.
Requirements
- Ensure all members and guests check in when using the club.
- Connect with members regularly and promote club activities.
- Create personalized service for members, including providing towel and water service.
- Respond to telephone inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Knowledge of tennis court reservation policy, personal training, fitness programs, youth center reservation policy, and class descriptions.
