Job Description
Invited is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant to promote the game of golf and provide excellent customer service. The role involves managing golf operations, inventory, customer interactions, and assisting with club events. The position contributes to a dynamic and inclusive environment with a commitment to building relationships.
Requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service in the pro-shop, processing charges and checking players in.
- Maintain organized and visually appealing golf shop.
- Manage member/guest inquiries, manage tee-time bookings, and assist with course operations.
- Assist with course operations, including marshalling and supporting events.
- Execute daily business functions, maintain shop standards, and provide support to staff.
