Job Description
Invited is seeking a Host to be the welcoming face of the club, responsible for greeting members and guests, ensuring a positive start and finish to their visit. The role involves maintaining high service standards, providing excellent hospitality, and assisting with various tasks to support the team. They offer first-class amenities, including championship golf courses, modern workspaces, and much more.
Requirements
- Greet members/guests by name and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
- Seat members/guests while ensuring high-quality service and attention to their needs.
- Assist service staff as needed, adhering to the Invited standards of service.
- Maintain the host area and complete daily assignments.
- Handle complaints and practice effective service recovery.
