Job Description
Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to provide outstanding customer service to members and guests at the club. The position supports golf operations by assisting with outside services like bag handling, cart preparation, and maintaining cleanliness. The role involves staging and storing golf carts, ensuring they are clean, functional, and ready for use, as well as providing golf-related services and maintaining club aesthetics.
Requirements
- Assist golfers with loading and unloading bags.
- Prepare golf carts for play, answer questions, and provide post-round support.
- Maintain club cleanliness and organization.
- Promote club events and course conditions.
- Marshall carts and ensure carts are clean, well-maintained and inspected for damage.
- Clean and organize the cart barn and storage areas.
- Complete assigned daily tasks in designated areas.
- Work a weekend or holiday as needed.
- Follow company and club policies.
