Job Description
Join Invited as a dynamic Pilates Instructor and lead high-quality Pilates Reformer classes, promote integrated health and performance programs, and foster member engagement. Must have a strong understanding of biomechanics, functional movement, and corrective exercise, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching or instructing, with proficiency in developing and leading personalized fitness programs
- Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor through a recognized program
- Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching Reformer classes in a private club, studio, or wellness facility
- Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain before hire)
- Knowledge of functional movement principles, ideally with an understanding of sports-specific needs
