Join our dynamic company in the hospitality and service industry as a Racquet Sports Director at Las Colinas Country Club in Irving, TX. This role involves overseeing racquet sports activities, developing innovative programs, and promoting racquet sports memberships. As a leader, you will supervise and mentor racquet sports staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Physical Education, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in racquet sports programming or management
- 3 years of experience conducting group racquet sports clinics, private lessons, or instructional programs
- 2 years of experience organizing and running social events for members
- Recognized certification from a reputable pickleball organization (e.g., PPA, USPTA, or PTR) with a minimum playing ability of 4.5+
