Job Description
Cluttons is a property consultancy seeking a Building Surveyor to join their Oxford office. This role involves assisting with design and construction of utilities projects, providing traditional building surveying services, and contributing to a sustainable approach to work. The office is rapidly expanding and emphasizes a diverse, innovative, and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Relevant construction or building surveying degree
- PRM qualification (MRICS or similar) preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Understanding of construction processes and technology
- Understanding of dilapidations and party wall matters
- Experience of undertaking building surveys for due diligence
- Good project management abilities
- Experience of working on building projects
- Client facing experience to meet with clients and contractors
- Proficient in using Microsoft Packages and AutoCAD
