Job Description
Join our Commercial Valuation team in London, specialising in loan security valuations for banks, Asset Valuations for accounts purposes, Development appraisals, and other general property advice. You'll gain hands-on experience in commercial and residential sectors, primarily in London and the South-East.
Requirements
- Degree-level qualification in a property-related discipline and RICS accredited degree
- Commitment to working towards MRICS accreditation
- Strong analytical and numerical ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
