Senior Internal Auditor

Job Summary: Support the mission of the Company by providing assurance and recommendations regarding operations, activities, and controls across the organization. Promote increased financial and operational performance through analysis of internal business systems, evaluation of risk factors, and assessment of organizational governance.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification (strongly preferred)
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or willingness to obtain CIA certification
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other applicable degree
• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or other applicable degree (preferred)
• 2-3 years public account experience (or) 3-5 years internal audit experience
• Experience in auditing construction and supply chains (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to document work and findings in a clear, professional, and succinct manner
• Proficiency in professional internal audit standards, engagement techniques, analytics, research techniques, technology, and systems
• Strong emotional maturity and interpersonal skills, including the ability to hold difficult conversations in a professional and courteous way
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of GAAP required
• Proficiency in TeamMate Analytics (preferred)
