Customer Service Medewerker

As a Customer Service Employee, you will be the first point of contact for customers in our multi-client warehouse. You will work with colleagues in logistics operation, Engineering, IT, and Finance to find solutions to customer questions and requests.

Requirements

• Completed MBO-4 education or HBO degree
• 2-4 years of work experience or 1-2 years of work experience with HBO degree
• Accuracy, initiative-taking, and affinity with logistics services
• Professional and customer-focused communication skills
• Excellent oral and written skills in English and Dutch
