Job Description
We are seeking a Customs Operations Administrator to prepare and follow up on customs documents, establish declarations, and control the compliance of elements with the customs and tax regulations in Morocco.
Requirements
- Minimum Bac + 2 in customs declaration, international trade, logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the transportation and logistics sector
- Knowledge of customs regulations in Morocco
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems quickly
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and rigueur in processing documents
- Customer service skills and ability to work in a team
- Adaptability and flexibility in the face of changes
- Proficiency in computer software and customs management software
- Mastery of French language, English is an asset
