Job Description
The Global Customer Care Operations Intern is tasked with supporting the HO Customer Care Operations Management to prepare insights and analytics around several key areas of the Customer Care ecosystem.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (second year) or in your final year of engineering school, specializing in Supply chain or International Trade
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and KPI tracking
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating in English
- Curiosity, dynamism, rigor and analytical skills
