Job Description
Join CEVA Logistics as an Internship Maritime Trade Buyer Africa and contribute to the Maritime Purchasing Division. Responsibilities include obtaining rates from shipowners, responding to quotation requests, and negotiating freight rates. Preferred candidates have a background in purchasing and knowledge of international transport/logistics.
Requirements
- Obtaining rates from shipowners for specific trades
- Responding to quotation requests from the network
- Negotiating freight rates with shipowners for targeted accounts
- Compiling purchase rates for key accounts
- Ad hoc marketing studies
