Job Description
CEVA Logistics is seeking a Business Process Excellence Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across Contract Logistics operations in the North America region. The role will partner with site leaders and regional operations leadership to implement CEVA's Lean framework, deliver cost savings, and improve productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field required
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
- Demonstrated success in deploying Lean / Continuous Improvement tools in an operational environment
- Proven ability to influence and partner effectively at all levels of an organization
