Global Business Control Senior Manager

CEVA Logistics provides global supply chain solutions and is looking for a Global Business Control Senior Manager to oversee IT controlling activities within the Finance organization. The role involves leading monthly and quarterly closing processes, driving process improvements, and managing a team of 9 IT Controllers and Admin.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and French.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in financial control or FP&A roles, preferably in IT or technology-driven environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team (leadership skills with capacity to motivate and develop teams).
• Strong analytical (ability to perform detailed analysis) and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in managing teams and driving process improvements.
