Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years related experience
- Minimum 3 years supervisory or management experience
- Proficient with CRM tools and service platforms
- Strong ability to interpret data—KPIs, CSAT, FCR—and translate into action
