Business Analyst

Contribute to CMC Markets' company vision of providing the ultimate trading experience. Drive requirements gathering and solution design across diverse initiatives in financial technology. Work directly with Product Owners, Project Managers, and developers to understand business challenges and design solutions that deliver real value.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Analytical thinker with communication skills
• Agile methodology expertise with hands on experience in Scrum or Kanban environments
• Technical toolkit proficiency including Jira, Confluence, process modelling, wireframing, data analysis, and visualisation tools like Visio or Miro
• Bonus technical knowledge in API documentation, SQL, or web/mobile application development
