Operational Risk Analyst

Operational Risk Analyst responsible for assisting the Head of Operational Risk in implementing and embedding CMC Markets' Operational Risk Management policy, framework, systems, and processes across the organization.

Requirements

• Assist the Head of Operational Risk in implementing and embedding CMC Markets' Operational Risk Management policy, framework, systems, and processes across the organization.
• Provide support to operational risk processes, including analyzing key risk data, managing key operational risk processes, and maintaining relevant systems and databases.
• Deliver risk data analytics to support high-quality insightful risk management information.
• Support the design of enhanced Risk Management Information (MI) and development of automated processes.
• Provide support and advice to the business on the appropriate use of Risk systems and manage business user access requests.
• Work on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) projects or initiatives, as required.
• Support the oversight and challenge of Incidents, including analysis and documentation.
• Support the Operational Risk Team in facilitating and challenging Risk & Control Assessments (RACAs) completed by the business.
• Assist with the development, roll out, and tracking of Operational Risk training materials across the Group.
