Construction Inspection Project Manager

The Construction Inspection Project Manager is responsible for field investigations, special inspections, material testing, project management, and authoring on-time reports for a comprehensive Construction Materials Evaluation and Technical Support Services firm.

Requirements

• AS / AAS or BS in Civil Engineering, or related
• Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) Certificate from a State Board
• Special Inspection Certifications through the International Code Council (ICC) and/or the American Concrete Institute (ACI)
• High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Functional knowledge of industry practices and regulations, NY State Building Code, and engineering standards
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with managers, co-workers and clients
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects with unique schedules and budgets
• Familiarity with construction materials, procedures and documents
• Valid driver's license
